When new technology comes out from the same company, it can be a hard decision as to whether upgrade to the newer product or stay with your current one.  Well, the debate is hot when it comes to Apple.  They have created a new way to communicate.  The iPad is fast becoming the gadget everyone just has to have.  It is a laptop but as flat as a notepad.  You can surf the net, read a book, and even have a video conversation with family and friends.

Those Apple fans that have the iPhone are quickly checking out their newest member to the Apple innovation family.  iPhones were known for being technologies version of the best thing since sliced bread with its large memory space, numerous applications for news, music, games, videos and pictures as well as gps and map functions that made life simpler with the touch of a screen. The iPad offers the same things all with a larger screen…

Not only does the iPad boast a screen resolution of 1024×768 compared to iPhones 960 x 640 resolution, but it also offers double, if not triple, the memory with a virtual keyboard and can be used in both portrait and landscape views.  The virtual keyboard makes it so much easier to shoot off an email or chat online with friend on Facebook or Myspace but it also doubles as a reader.  iBooks is the iPads version of the Kindle Store, which allows you to pick a book of a virtual bookshelf, page through it and even place a bookmark where you left off.

Both the iPhone and iPad offer Wi-Fi as well as Wi-Fi + 3G, access to hundred of Apple Store apps, and the ability to multitask without draining your battery or your patience.  So if you like the ability to surf the net on the run being able to store it in your handbag or pocket the iPhone is just right for you but if you want something bigger that does the same but also allows you to write up a paper with ease, then the iPad is just what you are looking for.
